How information is used in the GariFile service.
Information you provide
GariFile stores the account details, vehicle information and documents you submit. The contact form stores your name, email, organization (if supplied), subject and message so the GariFile team can review your enquiry.
Access to records
Vehicle records are available through signed-in accounts and authorized team sharing. Platform administrators can access records to manage the service and provide support. Your private vehicle documents are not published as public website pages.
Sessions and external services
The signed-in workspace uses a session cookie. Public pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives normal web requests from your browser. Email notifications, challan services, WhatsApp and online payments are not activated by this website redesign.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form to ask about your information or request correction or removal. Do not include passwords or identity documents in a contact message.
